In my role at Redd Retail, I combine technical knowledge with hands-on experience to manage a wide range of projects across IT, digital displays, and retail installations. I oversee the full lifecycle of each project — from initial concept through to manufacture, installation, and delivery — with a focus on meeting deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.Alongside IT management, I lead the digital and interactive side of the business (Immerse), delivering engaging and innovative retail experiences. My practical skill set allows me to take on shop fitting and bespoke installations in-house, drawing on experience in electrical work, carpentry, fabrication, and general property maintenance. This mix of strategic and hands-on involvement ensures each project is delivered to a high standard, both technically and creatively.
