In my current role, I advise on the continuing development and improvement of all aspects of Indeed’s legal cybersecurity and data protection compliance programs. Provide expert legal advice on managing cybersecurity risks and compliance with global cybersecurity laws and regulations. Support global AI governance, helping the business teams continue innovating responsibly. Assist investigations and assessments of security and personal data incidents, analyze legal responsibilities, and support legal and regulatory responses. Partner closely with the Indeed security organization to advise on legal obligations. Draft and negotiate security-related terms in data transfer and processing agreements with our vendors and partners. Remain up-to-date on international security and privacy legislative developments that may affect the company, and identify potential strategic changes that might be adopted. Work closely and effectively with Indeed’s Privacy Team, Security Team, and Data Protection Officer (DPO). Engage with external counsel in different international jurisdictions on related matters.
