   Responsible for Strategic Sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, and tactical purchasing for all technology commodities & categories globally including, but not limited to IT Infrastructure, desktop hardware, peripherals, software, SaaS, cloud services, hosting, telecommunications, and technical third party labor. • Responsible for contract negotiation and management for products and services that TTEC resells to its customer base. • Lead team responsible for supplier management across entire Sourcing and Procurement department globally. Group is responsible for managing all Procurement systems, support and testing, including supplier onboarding and supplier risk management, purchasing systems (Oracle EBS), supplier diversity tools, contract management system, and procurement reporting (spend, diversity, order metrics, etc.). • Support procurement and supply chain integration related to mergers and acquisitions including the acquisitions of Motif, First Call Resolution, Serendebyte, VoiceFoundry, Avtex, and Faneuil. Lead all activity related to contract assignment and renegotiations, supply base consolidation for technology categories, systems support, and process and policy alignment. • Oversaw all procurement activity related to TTEC’s divestiture of its Hosted Collaboration Services offering to Cisco Systems. • Reducing Total Cost of Ownership and driving year-over-year, budget impacting cost savings across all supported categories to ensure alignment with corporate financial goals and departmental budgets. • Collaboration with business partners, TTEC Executive team, and suppliers to optimize TTEC’s supply base globally, including support of all new market entries and global corporate expansion. • Establishing policies and improving processes in support of company and organizational objectives. • Organization development aligned with the company’s short and long term strategies.
