Founder & CEO of Sol Dynamics, building next-generation infrastructure for complex decision environments.As organizations and technologies become more interconnected, the hardest problems are often not analytical but coordinative.After a decade at Nike leading analytics, integrations, and product innovation, I left to pursue a question that kept resurfacing across large organizations: how complex environments coordinate decisions when constraints, objectives, and actors are constantly changing.Sol is focused on developing optimization and decision infrastructure for modern, interconnected environments. The goal is to help organizations navigate complex trade-offs more effectively as data, incentives, and decision contexts grow more dynamic. My work now centers on negotiated intelligence and the forms of distributed diplomacy required for large networks of actors to align under shared constraints.Always interested in connecting with others working on difficult coordination problems in optimization, AI, and complex environments.
