Consult and/or collaborate with project team, training leadership, and business leaders on potential learning solution and performance support design and strategy- Propose learning solution / performance support design and strategy and revise based on feedback- Partner with Content Curators to ensure performance support content is integrated into performance support tools- Create learning materials based on the agreed upon learning solution / performance support design and strategy- Utilize blended learning approaches potentially including, but not limited to, the following: competency skills inventories, activities, knowledge checks, case studies, claim simulations, self-directed learning, virtual and face-to-face instructor-led modules, Drills- Ensure learning materials are engaging, interactive & performance-based, as is appropriate for the target audience- Decide on the criteria used to measure learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments to assess skill and knowledge acquisition, and speed to proficiency- Utilize a material review process to gather feedback and enhance materials based on legal, subject matter expert, business leaders, peer, and learning leader reviews.
