As a Senior Director in our Global Workplace Services team I am responsible for leading a global organization to reimagine and deliver leading edge digital solutions that enable our employees and our guests across our real estate and facilities portfolio. These services include the digital enablement of our sustainability goals, physical security, transportation, building management and maintenance, build and project management, dining services, back of house operations and many other critical capabilities. In addition to our critical partner solutions, we deliver digital services that leverage our own capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Data Warehouses, Immersive and Collaborative experiences, CRM, ERP, RPA, and many others through our portfolio of Microsoft Products including D365, M365, Power Platform, Azure, Surface, and more. My responsibilities include leading a team of senior managers and technologists, budgeting and prioritizing key projects, supplier partnership and governance, defining a transformation strategy that leverages digital to enable key business outcomes, and operating critical applications that support our business and deliver value.
