Role switched to new agency, continuation of role at Big Picture.)• Responsible for training activity and execution in UK & Ireland, working with sales, GTM & global teams to align UK training strategies with product launches and key commercial periods, maximising the potential sell out of products.• Creating and localising training materials for the UK & Ireland markets, tailoring content to specific retailers and sales environments to best support their goals.• Working with UK & EU teams to plan & support execution for events, such as retailer training roadshow or product launch events across Europe.• Liaising with key partners, such as Google & Android, to align focuses and create bespoke training content and materials, as well as leading learning campaigns around these focuses.• Creating learning courses for Xiaomi\'s online training platform, centred around key products and brand. • Lead on key video projects in the UK, creating engaging & entertaining video content to train retail staff on brand and products, which involved planning, filming, starring in and editing videos.• Organising and leading regular training workshops with call centre & retail staff, focusing not only on key selling points, but also best practice to sell and comparison against key competitors within the range.
