Manage risk mitigation including financial and service-based fraud, conflicts of interest and provide California specific environmental and safety-related compliance advice. Collaborate with business leadership and ensure correct application of the compliance program. Conduct internal investigations related to corporate compliance matters including inquiries initiated through the anonymous reporting line pertaining to employee conduct, record findings and involvement in any necessary disciplinary procedure. Provide recommendations and follows-up on corrective actions based on investigative and audit findings to promote codes of conduct and ethical culture.
