As a Director, my responsibilities expanded into software development (eCommerce, product platforms), business applications (ERP), cybersecurity, and technology operations (infrastructure and support services). I had several strong teams reporting to me to help drive success in these areas. Reporting directly to the CTO, I worked closely alongside senior leadership to manage the overall strategy, team growth, and financial performance of the IT department.
