With a robust foundation in Psychology, Adult Education and Training, Educational Technology, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation, I am deeply committed to enhancing the quality and impact of adult learning. My career has been characterized by the successful integration of innovative teaching, learning design, and practitioner-oriented research within the higher education landscape.As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, I lead strategic initiatives to elevate learning experiences at a university level, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based technology solutions. My work is driven by a passion for creating learner-centered curriculum and instructional strategies that are both engaging and effective across synchronous and asynchronous delivery formats.As faculty, my focus shifts to directly influencing the next generation of educators and leaders. Through teaching and mentorship, I emphasize the practical application of innovative teaching strategies and research methodologies, preparing students for the complexities of the evolving educational environment.
