Designed and led a stakeholder-engaged process of re-envisioning values, vision, and mission in 2016, leading to a re-branding and re-launch that halted 48 years of church decline and produced 670% growth in membership and 695% growth in revenue.• Led the creation of a volunteer-driven food security program in 2016, resourcing 400+ economically marginalized households every month in the coastal North San Diego County region, enhancing community outreach and support.• Partnered with USD\'s Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice in 2018 to organize grassroots community input on policing, revealing areas of mistrust in the community for OPD and opportunities for community action.• Partnered with the San Diego Organizing Project in 2019 and equipped a volunteer team who organize for housing and police justice reforms, including a successful federated campaign to change OPD\'s de-escalation policy in 2021.• Founded the North County Clergy Coalition in 2022, a local network of three dozen interfaith leaders who build relational power and collaborate on social justice issues.
