Serve as lead clinical supply manager for multiple early and late phase programs, by creating bulk tablet and finished good supply plans to identify total study drug demand, forecast, and overage amounts through study protocol interpretation.• Perform monthly on-hand inventory review by adjusting actuals of study specific and bulk drug product supply and demand models, contributing to having adequate drug, IP waste reduction, and adhering to or reducing spend of program budgets.• Oversee domestic and global site and depot distribution for multiple clinical studies, post study access programs, and for production related stability samples, by working with external vendor project managers to ensure on time delivery of supplies.• Manage primary and secondary packaging and labeling operations of investigational products, including assessment of raw britestock materials, clinical label design, master text translation, and production schedule management of finished goods.• Initiate depot close out activities by requesting vendors for depot inventory and site returns reports to conduct material accountability and destruction of excess supplies, helping to minimize spend on storage and project management fees.• Establish study level and DP demand timelines by partnering with functional leaders in CMC, Clinical Operations, Project Management, and Regulatory Affairs, enabling that study start up deliverables and program requirements are met.• Provide IRT support with study teams, serving as a supply manager by participating in new system builds and UAT, reviewing specification requirements, monitoring drug expiry, initiating inventory release, and generating manual shipments.• Support and manage third party relations with vendors by identifying and selecting providers based on study needs, initiating RFPs, reviewing invoices, and managing purchase orders, through working with internal business operations.
