Throughout my career of educating diverse populations of graduate and undergraduate students in both traditional and virtual settings I have continuously focused on driving improvement across all programs and revitalizing learning content, materials, and objectives. I am deeply dedicated to engaging with the institutional community and seeking out opportunities to be involved in bettering the learning experience and empowering individuals to excel in their educational paths. I have acquired extensive degrees in education and have contributed numerous publications, peer-reviewed presentations, and awards (full list available upon request). I have repeatedly fortified institutional reputation and have consistently been hand-selected and appointed to serve on a multitude of committees and boards focused on improving the educational community, engaging and supporting students, and reviewing doctorate-level dissertations.

   During my time serving in this role, I have demonstrated my broad, comprehensive knowledge of business and education while I have been instructing a diverse population of undergraduate and graduate learners from varying backgrounds. I teach varying courses on Information Systems, Management, and Finance across multiple campuses and digital platforms. I have expertly balanced a full course load and multiple priorities with differing timetables and deadlines while operating in a fast-paced educational setting. I lead efforts to implement solutions to expand learning, improve student engagement, and fortify the educational reputation of the institution.Selected achievements:• Chosen to serve on the Academic Standards Committee and the Committee for Excellence in Teaching and Learning• Revitalized the and fortified curriculum in 2020 after being appointed as the Program Coordinator to the Bachelor of Business Administration Program in 2019.• Actively leading a major revamp and overhaul of the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program after being selected to act as Program Coordinator in 2022.• Directed the redesign of three-course MBA concentration in Project Management and the initial creation of the three-course MBA concentration in Management Information Systems.• Refurbished the undergraduate Management Information Systems Course.• Played a key role in refining the process for programmatic assessment for academic departments to facilitate program accreditation requirements as part of the university-wide Assessment Committee.
