About Jason Carbee
I am a transportation planner that has worked on a variety of transportation planning projects across the country in my 29 year career. I strive to deliver client-focused projects and studies that provide implementable solutions, and support and improve their planning processes. I have worked as a project manager and task manager on a range of policy and performance-based metropolitan, statewide, and small area transportation plans, including development of system performance assessments, project prioritization, and scenario planning. In addition to this performance-based planning work, my experience includes all facets of multimodal travel demand forecasting and model development, performance measure development and implementation, comprehensive plan development, and planning implementation of data analytics.
