I bring 10+ years of innovative and client-focused management experience within global finance and enterprise information technology. As the enterprise IT Manager for applications and project management for Pierce County I am responsible for the procurement, implementation, and support of business and enterprise applications. I am also responsible for establishing and enforcing project management principles, facilitating business process enablement, and for managing project governance and cost allocation. As a Vice President and operations manager for BNY Mellon I managed teams, clients, and operational processes across the globe. I managed multi-million dollar vendor relationships and supported sales with winning and onboarding new clients. I designed and implemented strategic operational programs and processes to support new product offerings. I was also responsible for the help desk and business process improvement teams. What sets me apart is my proven ability to provide strategic leadership across diverse functional areas including operations, enterprise IT, program/project management, and product management with a strong client centric philosophy.
