   Led a legacy organization that was acquired by a private equity company through a successful digital transformation including creating a foundation of software development as a core-competency within my IT hierarchy. Responsible for migrating from a crumbling, insecure and non-scalable infrastructure into a cloud-based architecture using SaaS providers and tier 4 datacenters. These changes enabled the organization to become 100% remote due to the pandemic within one week and completely functional with zero interruptions to business. Steered organization through a robust data security strategy including SOC 2 type 1 report. Contributions: •Responsible for leading an ecommerce transformation that resulted in an over 400% revenue increase equating to $2.25 million per month in top-line premium. Current Gross premium collected is north of $50 million. This was accomplished utilizing API integration, mapping public-facing websites with payment processing, integrating internal systems, and managing a project team of PMs, architects and developers in partnership with key members of the business leadership team. •Collaborated with stakeholders on multiple, custom software development projects ensuring code quality, system stability and ensuring lifecycle best practices. Software solutions include the building of an integrated billing system; CRM with Omni-channel telephony platform; sales cycle request processing and distribution to multiple sales channels; and an automated intake of online insurance applications. •Accountable for overall enhancement and maintenance of internal and external infrastructure and systems from concept to planning, architecture, development, testing, release and business approval. •Played key role in creating the company’s first multi-year technology roadmap, which resulted in the funding and successful implementation of strategic programs that aligned core technology platforms with business needs and scalability requirements.
