During my freshman year of undergrad, I quickly realized that I needed to find a job if I wanted to be able to survive living on my own. But what? And where? What about after college! And then BAM, my first existential crisis at the age of 19. Can you relate?When I started my career in the Hospitality Industry back in 2012, I honestly thought it would be a job purely to help me get through school and then I\'d do something else. I still didn\'t know what that \"something else\" was, but that was the plan. Turns out that I had already found it and my passion, I just didn\'t know it yet.With over 12 years of experience and several different roles, I bring a wealth of knowledge spread across project, program and product management in both Business Operations and Technology.I have a passion for solving complex problems and putting on different \"hats\" when managing a project. I started my career in an entry level position and understand the impacts and change management that is needed to effectively implement new products as part of the company\'s overall strategy.Over the past 12 years, I’ve become a firm believer that successful projects are built around strong relationships with both internal and external team members. Knowing your audience and how to communicate effectively with them is crucial. This also includes delivering tailored status reports based on the target audience.While Hospitality has been my main industry, I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to continue my growth and believe my skills will be valuable in other industries.Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, softball, bowling, traveling and spoiling my 2 puppies, Minnie and Luna.
