In my role as sales manager at Clients First, Realtors my main responsibilities include actively and aggressively recruiting new agents, providing excellent and timely support to our current agents, conducting informative and current training classes weekly for new and experienced agents alike, seeking out and implementing new streams of income for both our agents and the company itself and assisting our owner and general manager in determining the company\'s strategic plan in order to best navigate the fast-paced and ever-changing real estate sales landscape. I keep my knowledge base of the real estate industry up to date by continuing to assist my friends, family, neighbors and past customers with all of their real estate needs.
