I am an entrepreneur, consultant, and co-author of Scale With Purpose: The Service Entrepreneur’s Guide to Intentional Growth. My work focuses on helping service-based leaders scale their businesses with clarity, intention, and respect for the people who make growth possible.I own and lead Blumer CPAs (https://blumercpas.com/), a fully virtual CPA firm, where we serve entrepreneurs who want more clarity, confidence, and control as they grow. We provide full service accounting departments and tax planning/preparation. Through advisory work, coaching, and onsite consulting, I partner with founders and leadership teams to rethink how their businesses operate — aligning structure, capacity, and culture with long-term goals.I also started Thriveal (https://thriveal.com/) in 2010, a consultancy and program based learning organization dedicated to supporting service firm entrepreneurs as they grow, evolve, and build strong, sustainable teams. We provide monthly mastermind groups that follow our proprietary dashboards for structuring their growth, and coaching and consulting engagements for service entrepreneurs. We can operate virtually, or in our learning center located in Greenville, SC.Through my writing, speaking, and advisory work, I explore what it means to grow with purpose — creating businesses that are profitable, resilient, and human-centered.
