I love building teams of incredible people, building businesses and then doing amazing work for our clients that empowers their employees to be the best versions of themselves and their customers to live their best lives.Based in Seattle, I like to travel, eat delicious food, drink great wine and cocktails, drive fast cars,(not in that order as that would be irresponsible) and experience life to it\'s fullest surrounded by family and friends.Before it was cool, I flew drones in the US Army with deployments to Croatia and Bosnia during and after the war. I have over 20 years of experience as a digital creative/technology executive and serial entrepreneur with a proven track record.Since the early dotcom days, I\'ve led key sales, delivery, and transformation initiatives for Avanade, Microsoft, MicroStrategy and other top digital innovators.Early experiences serving as the lead architect for multiple, commercially-successful CRM and SaaS software releases, were followed by a series of progressive leadership roles helping build and lead large-scale CRM, data, AI, digital marketing and creative businesses. I have a reputation throughout my career as being adept at setting strategy, scaling teams, and mobilizing the folks needed to launch new products and service offerings under rapid timelines.
