Managing Development of Retail and Multifamily projects throughout the US. Coordinating with Leasing, Construction, Legal, Finance, Accounting and other teams internally to keep projects moving quickly toward closing and delivery, within budget and hitting client deliverables. Reviewing site and architectural plans, CC & Rs, project schedules and budgets. Assisting with project underwriting. Hiring and Managing outside consultants to ensure all necessary due diligence items are obtained and Permits are issued in a timely manner. Communicating with and updating retail tenants throughout Design, Entitlements, and Construction to ensure we deliver the product they desire on schedule as well as updating partners on other project types.
