About Jason Hayes
I’m the second-generation President of Top Coat Fabrication, which means I’ve had a front-row seat to the blood, sweat, and steel that built this business. We serve the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries—and we’re expanding into renewables and beyond. We fabricate process piping, structural steel, pressure vessels, and skid packages (aka, the heavy stuff)—but what we really build is trust.Culture is everything to me. I’ve worked hard to create a place where people actually want to come to work—a fun, family-like environment where accountability and laughter can coexist. And that same mindset extends to how we treat our clients. We comb through every detail before a project even starts, because surprises belong at birthday parties, not on job sites. If something goes sideways, we speak up fast and fix it faster.Our secret sauce? Relationships. I want clients to finish a project with us thinking, “Where have these people been all my life?” We treat every job like the first of many, and we work hard to earn that second call. I’m proud of the leadership team we’ve built and even prouder of the network of genuinely great humans I’ve met along the way—many of whom have become long-term friends and collaborators.I’m a big believer in growth—personal, professional, and organizational.
