I am a Full Stack AI Engineer focused on building scalable, high-performance systems and optimizing software infrastructure for reliability and impact. My path into engineering began with a strong curiosity about how systems work and how they can be improved for efficiency and usability, which naturally evolved into a career centered on solving complex problems through technology. I have experience across fast-paced startups and high-growth environments, contributing to and leading engineering efforts in SaaS, security, and AI-driven platforms. Currently, I serve as a Full Stack AI Engineer at Midwestern Interactive, where I develop secure, scalable features for an AI agent platform. My work includes evaluating and implementing large language models, managing self-hosted deployments, fine-tuning models, and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to deliver accurate, context-aware outputs. Previously, as Lead Software Engineer at CyberRisk Alliance, I led a team of 12 engineers and oversaw the development and optimization of more than 14 headless WordPress properties. I drove the adoption of GraphQL APIs, established reusable component systems using Storybook, and built an integrated help desk solution that improved internal efficiency and support workflows. Earlier in my career, I co-founded Charla Technologies, where I developed a Slack analytics platform leveraging Next.js, GraphQL, and AWS. This work significantly improved data processing performance and system scalability. I have also designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines, enhanced backend performance, and applied security best practices across multiple systems. My technical expertise spans full-stack development, infrastructure automation, and DevOps, with a strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Golang. I regularly work with modern frameworks and tools including Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and AWS, along with databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and MySQL. Beyond hands-on development, I have a strong interest in DevOps, security, product strategy, and technical leadership.
