Over 30 years of professional experience in the Software Consulting marketplace from Technical through Sales to the ownership and leadership of a number of successful IT Consultancy Companies. Founded my first business Ridgian in 1998 which I grew to c50 staff and sold to a £17bn Global company in 2015. Following the successful acquisition and integration, I started Circyl my second company in 2017 to do it all again, this time even better. I have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Business Productivity stack and positioning of customer centric solutions into a broad range of sectors and companies of all sizes. Specialties: Technical Background, Consultative Selling, Sales Management, Motivation and Leadership, Strategic Partnerships, Entrepreneurial Businessman, Company Start-up and Acquisitions, Business Intelligence, Data Integration and CRM.
