Jason Conn is the Corporate Vice President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Deputy General Counsel of Comcast Corporation. In this role, he assists the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer in executing the global compliance program across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky. Jason oversees a team of compliance professionals responsible for compliance operations, program governance and reporting, complaint procedures and investigations, and data analytics. Additionally, Jason serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Compliance & Ethics at Temple Law School.Before joining Comcast in 2012, Jason was part of the White Collar Litigation & Government Investigations Practice at Morgan Lewis.Jason chairs Comcast’s Pro Bono Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of the SeniorLAW Center and the Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League. In 2020, he was recognized in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list.Jason graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Government from Cornell University, where he was a Meinig Family Cornell National Scholar.
