Success is defined by managing expectations and developing a clear line of communication which results in meeting the customers requirements. All customers needs are unique and the ability to draw from a diverse background allows for a collaborative approach to bring new products to market. Thriving in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment allows for innovative solutions, which ultimately benefit all involved.I have always viewed myself as someone who can understand what the problem at hand is and connect the pieces and people to come up with a solution. I am generally not the smartest person in the room, but that has always been somewhat of an advantage as it has forced me to listen and learn. What a complex process taking an idea and bringing that idea to a product that shapes our everyday life. I feel so fortunate to play a role in that evolution and work closely with the people who create and manufacture. In the end we all have ideas, but to bring those ideas to reality is the challenge.
