I started speaking in 2009 about my totally avoidable workplace accident I had suffered in 1993 which had left me paralysed from the waist down and confined to a wheelchair at just 24 years old. Since I started speaking I have turned my safety story into an internationally recognised company, Proud2bSafe, offering motivational and inspiring speakers and media to help companies on their safety journey, I have now presented worldwide over times.\'Whats next\' has always been the question,I am now delighted to have join forces with Prof. Tim Marsh, a global authority on Behavioural Safety and Cultural Creation to form the consultancy Anker & Marsh Ltd. Taylor is now the MD of Proud2bSafe Ltd and will continue to offer speakers and all what P2BS has become over the last 17 years. F-IT has become my purpose and passion, understanding how that word influences choices and how saying F-IT in my head in 1993, when stood at the bottom of an unsecured ladder on a building site, had ben the major contributory reason I chose to work
