   As Chief Technology Officer at GBank, I lead and govern the bank’s technology function, with responsibility for architecture, information security, technology risk management, and operational integrity across core systems, payments, and data platforms. My role focuses on strengthening the bank’s technical foundation while ensuring systems operate in a secure, resilient, and auditable manner aligned with regulatory expectations.I oversee enterprise architecture supporting core banking, ACH origination and settlement, data management, information security, and cloud infrastructure. This includes establishing and maintaining controls around ACH processing, exposure management, returns handling, settlement visibility, and transaction monitoring in support of GBank’s role as an Originating Depository Financial Institution. Systems and processes are designed to align with FDIC, Nevada Department of Financial Institutions, and Nacha requirements.I work closely with executive leadership, risk management, compliance, operations, and internal audit to translate regulatory and policy requirements into enforceable technical controls. This includes ledger and reconciliation integrity, access and identity management, data lineage and retention, change management and SDLC governance, business continuity and disaster recovery readiness, incident response oversight, and third-party technology risk management. Sensitive financial data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS and applicable information security standards.My mandate is disciplined execution, reducing operational and technical risk through sound architecture, effective governance, and controlled system change. I support regulatory examinations and audits by providing clear system documentation, responding to findings, and driving remediation of identified control gaps.
