As an international Data Governance and Data Management specialist I was Primary Author and led the team that developed the Data Management Strategy for the entire Abu Dhabi Government - a world-first in terms of domain coverage and depth, and based on international best practice. I co-authored the Data Management book \'Crossing the Data Delta\'(available on Amazon), which focuses on the gap (\'Data Delta\') between the data you have and the information you need, and gives hundreds of tips on how to cross it.
