   Out-of-school program at the Rhode Island Training School (RITS), the state’s juvenile detention facility. Site director has a passion for working with incarcerated youth and exploring ways that the arts can support mental health, workforce development and meaningful reintegration into the community. This position oversees a team of teaching artists and works closely with AS220 staff, school leadership, students and families to develop and design high quality out of school time programming for the residents of the Rhode Island Training School. Working collaboratively with the AS220 Downtown Studio, site manager creates a system for transitioning youth from RITS into programs that take place at our downtown studio.
