   Introduced audience targeting capabilities in Bing ads and grew Audience Targeting revenue under influences to over $500 million dollars in the last three years; Contributed significantly to Bing Ads RPM growth; Introduce user intent signals in Marketplace algorithms with meaningful AUC and RPM gains. Actively working on projects to leverage Audience understanding and targeting capabilities to help clouds and enterprise applications beyond advertising. As the engineering leader, initiated and build large scale user intent understanding models to support various audience targeting products: Remarketing, In-Market, Customer Audience and user profiles. Initiated large scale user ID models to understand users, family and social relationships. Built segmentation service to support hundred thousands segmentation rules with both batch and NRT (near real time) pipelines; build large scale machine learning intent models with diversified ML algorithms with linear models like Logistic regressions, non linear models like XGB, or deep learning models like LSTM. Developed similar audience models using collaborative filtering and other ML algorithms. Manage a very senior, dedicated and super collaborative and productive audience targeting team with clear vision and mission; Hire and grow technical leaders in both machine learning models and targeting systems; led the team with sharp focus on growing audience targeting influence and impactsin Bing ads, Display ads and beyond advertising.
