I’m the Chief of Staff at Groma, a Boston-based real estate and technology company building the GromaREIT and the operating infrastructure behind it.I own the work at the seam of strategy and execution—turning consequential decisions into clear plans, and disciplined follow-through. That includes collaborating on diligence-grade materials for major transactions and strategic initiatives, that aligns real estate, operations, technology, and investor priorities.Groma’s model depends on disciplined underwriting, repeatable modernization, and tight operating control across a distributed portfolio. My role is to create clarity across those moving parts: pressure-test options and risks, align stakeholders, and ensure the organization executes with accountability. I’m often pulled in to lead cross-functional workstreams when the fastest path to progress is clarifying challenges, and fast, high-quality decisions.Earlier in my career, I built and ran operating businesses, managed real estate projects, and worked in enterprise software on complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Across every environment, my value has been the same: strong judgment, clear communication, rigorous analysis, and calm execution under pressure.I’m brought in when speed, discretion, and judgment matter.
