Act with Urgency Having worked as an Electrical Engineer over 20+ years I have had the opportunity to work as a Programmer, Command and Control Engineer and most recently as an Aero Space Engineer/UAV pilot/Sr. System Engineer. I have held such positions as a Network Engineer/programmer, to an IPT technical lead, and as of late a Lead Reliability Engineer for an advanced high- speed mission computer. As a Reliability Engineer, I chair/lead the Failure Review Board for our customers, and the government to ensure the hardware delivery is failure-free implementing failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system. I Analyze LRU FRACAS events (i.e, Fiber Optics, Video Optical Module, Processing Modules Trends to name a few) to provide RCCA to Boeing and DCMA. As a Component Engineer, I was responsible for ensuring thousands of electronics parts will meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. As an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Systems Engineer, I ensure assigned projects remain consistent with program objectives, costs, schedules, performance criteria, and existing policies.As a Senior Engineer/Defense Contract Engineer, I have developed programs & engineering tools, ran simulations, developed functional requirements, and verification testing requirements as it pertains to the systems development life cycle. I have also had the opportunity to brief customers (i.e, captains and fellow engineers) at Programmatic meetings.I have completed 18 credit hours towards my master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UNM, focusing on operating systems and networks. Along with my STEM education, I have an extensive economic and business continuing education background as well. I have mentored and received mentorship throughout my journey as an Engineer, and value the supportive interaction that comes along with it.
