Jason Wilhelm is the Co-Founder and President of Fixated, a next-generation content studio and talent management company shaping the future of the creator economy. With over a decade of experience in digital media, Jason has been behind some of the most iconic creator launches, content ventures, and revenue-driving strategies in the industry.Jason began his journey in 2011 as an OG Call of Duty creator, launching his first channel at age 13. He quickly built a personal brand that amassed over subscribers and more than followers across platforms. As a member and leader of SoaRGaming and RedReserve, he helped define the early Call of Duty content scene, and helped to build some of the most recognizable COD teams. After transitioning behind the camera, Jason became a manager for digital talent — known for his hands-on approach that went far beyond brand deals. From building operational workflows to scaling content strategies and advising on brand development, Jason helped creators generate tens of millions of dollars in revenue while future-proofing their businesses.He went on to co-found TalentX and launch the Sway House, one of the most iconic creator collectives of the TikTok era, reshaping influencer marketing in the process for TikTok. He later founded Content Labs, a powerhouse in content distribution, signing over 250 creators and generating more than 1 billion monthly views.At Fixated, Jason is focused on reinventing what it means to be a digital talent manager and setting the standard for the creator economy by bringing world-class content operations in-house, investing in long-term creator IP, and building a suite of services that drive measurable revenue growth.
