ABOUT JASON WELLS
With over 22 years of insurance and risk management experience, Jason has broad experience to bring solutions, team building leadership and service to his client\'s insurance and risk management requirements. Built on his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance and Risk Management, he spent over 9 years broking and servicing global property programs specializing in large complex insurance programs in excess of $1B in limits. For the next part of his career, Jason serviced and developed a global book of business as a client executive with focus in the manufacturing, automotive, and chemical industries. In 2019, Jason led the Michigan Global Risk Management division of Marsh and served as the Detroit office head for 5 years. In February of 2024, Jason assumed the role of Central Zone Sales Leader leading sales and growth for the region.Early in his career, Jason trained in the London marketplace, specifically at Lloyd\'s of London, to broaden his international exposure to insurance programs and complex transactions. Over his career, he has developed strong relationships and insurance knowledge in the London, European, Bermuda, and Asian insurance marketplace.
