I am responsible for Sales of premium luxury brands within the Northern region of the UK, proud to be selling our new Paul Smith Eyewear collection along with the timeless Flexon and Nike ranges primarily into the independent optical sector,boutiques and e-tailers.I also look after the divisional reps for the Northern region, covering all aspects of sales management including mentoring and sales training for exisiting team members, performance analysis, ensuring that the district and individuals are performing to the maximum level.Over my career I have successfully launched a number of luxury brands within my sector including Ray-Ban, DKNY, Emilio Pucci, Fendi and creating the number 1 district for Michael Kors eyewear in the UK. Currently setting strategy for the launch of new brands within the portfolio,and looking forward to the challenges ahead.
