Jason grew up in family of accountants which created a strong passion for tax law, accounting, and consulting through my academic years into my professional career. Today, Jason is a Certified Public Accountant with 12 years of professional experience in federal and state tax compliance and consulting in mixture of industries such as alternative investments, investment management, private equity, real estate, credit/debt, and hedge funds. He has extensive experience in international tax compliance for foreign corporations and partnerships. Proven management skills in coordinating teams of people working from different office locations. Worked on teams as trusted tax advisors to clients and provided support to our client\'s investor relations to tax inquiries and related request requests. Jason has demonstrated a history of working in the public accounting industry; Skilled in tax accounting, income tax, tax research, accounting, and international taxation. He is also a strong financial accounting professional with a Master\'s degree focused in Financial Accountancy from Rutgers Business School.
