   Responsible for Executive Recruiting for our Advisory Practice. Responsible for increasing candidate flow for our Partners and Managing Directors in Managed Services, Transformation, Cloud & Digital, and Deals Practices. Aggressively cold call competition to identify and screen new candidates. Regularly communicate with Partners to understand specific skill requirements and hiring objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for current and future open positions. Act as a strategic partner for setting up search plans, obtaining search criteria, and executing searches.Selected as part of PwC\'s AI Champion Network, a cross-functional, people-led initiative focused on harnessing the power of generative AI (GenAI) to transform how PwC works and delivers value to clients. As an AI Champion, I’m actively mentoring colleagues, identifying high-impact use cases, and helping drive innovation through GenAI-driven solutions across our teams. This opportunity allows me to engage with cutting-edge AI tools, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to shaping the future of work at PwC. Worked with a team to build a diversity dashboard prototype for experience recruiting in Tableau and an Alteryx Workflow to marry legacy reports and Workday reports for diversity metrics. I also worked on a project to build a Workday Job Requisition BOT to automate some of our recruiting projects. I created an Alteryx workflow to help facilitate the high-volume applicant workflow and created a BOT to automatically disqualify applicants based on the Business Qualifications and a Google Sheet and Dashboard for the team to use
