Conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives for Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF). Presented recommendations and received approval for over $2 billion of new initiatives, including:\\\\n\\\\n• The Miami Cancer Institute, a new clinical research enterprise encompassing: multi-disciplinary disease management, physician integration, clinical trials and Proton Therapy. Led the due diligence process, resulting in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Alliance partnership.\\\\n\\\\n• Growth of Baptist Outpatient Services from six to over forty community-based locations across South Florida.\\\\n\\\\n• A new 133-bed hospital campus to serve the West Kendall suburb of Miami and a replacement of 142-bed Homestead Hospital\\\\n\\\\n• Championed new care delivery models, including Care on Demand virtual visits, integrated care centers (scalable outpatient hubs), freestanding emergency centers and neighborhood hospitals, focused on consumer access, convenience, value and care retention.\\\\n\\\\n• Generated Palm Beach County expansion strategy, resulting in the acquisition of Bethesda Health, a two-hospital, 481-bed health system, effective October 2017, and Boca Raton Regional Hospital, a 392-bed health system, effective July 2019.\\\\n\\\\n• Leading Digital Transformation efforts across BHSF. Developed strategic vision, capability assessments, and prioritized roadmap for a seamless and personalized consumer experience.\\\\n\\\\n• Achieved & maintained a min. of 95th percentile employee engagement for over seventeen years.\\\\n\\\\n
