About Me As a former member of the Texas Legislature, a successful Texas lobbyist and government affairs consultant, a seasoned M&A and public finance attorney, and the former General Counsel and SVP of a billion dollar revenue company, I have been blessed to serve in a number of experienced-based positions that have helped me to cultivate a “bottom line” focus. My core competency is providing business-accretive solutions to complex corporate and legal issues. As well, I am passionate about better understanding and supporting the Texas Hispanic Community. I serve as the Chairman of a nonpartisan research organization in Texas dedicated to better understanding Texas Hispanics.
