Senior MEP Coordinator $68 million Bridgeport Hospital Park Avenue Outpatient Center. This project includes a new SF ambulatory building to house medical oncology; an OR/GI endoscopy; a women’s breast care center; radiology; a pediatric specialty center; a rehabilitation center and physician/administrative office space. This project also includes a 600-car garage and a renovation to an existing medical office building. Responsible for management, coordination, quality control and scheduling of all MEP and associated trades in conjunction with ongoing project activities. Responsible for coordination and construction of (2) Operating Rooms, an MRI Room, Pet CT Room, CT Scan Room,(2) X-Ray Rooms,(20) PR Bays,(19) Chemotherapy Infusion Bays and a CSS area. Responsible for conformance and review of all contract documents (submittals, RFI’s, procurement schedule, fabrication schedule, schedule of values, completion schedule, change orders etc.). Coordinated all AHJ and system inspections, equipment startups, mechanical closeouts, warranties and processed MEP subcontractor payment requisitions. Responsible for management of Building Commissioning activities via coordination, scheduling and resolution oversight between CX agent and MEP trades.
