About Jason van Sice
Jason has more than 25 years of leadership experience growing technology companies and as a management consultant. As a Group Vice President in C3 Federal Systems, Jason is responsible for C3. AI’s Homeland Security and Federal LE efforts to drive adoption and operation of large-scale AI, predictive analytics, and enterprise AI applications. C3. AI is the leader in enterprise and generative AI applications that offer digital transformation on a truly disruptive scale.Before C3 AI, Jason was the Vice President of NEC’s Advanced Recognition Systems Division (ARS) Aviation business from 20••••24. Jason systematically established and scaled an international business and team supporting airline, airport, and government digital transformation of legacy operations, security, and CX worldwide as the executive business unit (BU) leader responsible for P&L, GTM strategy, sales and marketing, product design, development and lifecycle, program management, delivery services personnel, and product innovation/strategy. He managed 34 direct reports and 35 matrixed personnel. Prior to joining NEC in 2018, Jason held roles of increasing responsibilities for industry leading security technology providers for 12 years at Vision Box (acquired by Amadeus), IDEMIA (acquired by Advent PE), and Cross Match Technologies (acquired by Francisco Partners PE). He has a consistent track record of scaling small businesses by assembling best-in-class teams to execute his strategies supporting national security programs implementing leading edge technology innovation across TSA, FBI, FBI CJIS, ICE, DEA, ATF, USMS, USCG, CBP, DHS OBIM, DoS, HHS Cyber Security, and DHS HQ. Prior to moving to industry in 2006, Jason spent the first part of his career as a Management Consultant for Arthur D. Little, Deloitte Consulting, and Booz | Allen | Hamilton where he held leadership roles supporting US Government Federal IT security programs implementing: data analytics, PKI, biometrics, identity data exchange, biometric standards, site exploitation technology, wireless communications, and secure credentials for both physical and logical access control. Jason holds a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is an accomplished international leader, successfully winning business throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East, and the Americas.
