I’m a Chartered FCIPD People Leader with over a decade of experience spanning global HR strategy, hands-on operational HR delivery, organisational development and cultural transformation across the UK, South Africa, India and Northern Ireland.What makes me stand out is the combination of strategic leadership and practical HR expertise.
