I\'m a mission-driven development and humanitarian expert with two decades of global leadership experience. I started at an environmental nonprofit and then, in search of a socially responsible adventure, I became a Peace Corps Volunteer in Central America. This led to a dynamic career with the U.S. Agency for International Development, which brought me to some of the world\'s most challenging places where I advanced policy and diplomatic efforts by building partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including national governments, the private sector, academia, and the World Bank. My professional highlights include:* Chief Operating Officer for 230+ staff and a $1B blended portfolio in Nigeria;* Leading multi-stakeholder efforts to design, negotiate, and fund an expanded safety-net reaching 10M people in Ethiopia;* Coordinating politically-sensitive economic development and high-stakes humanitarian initiatives across Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
