I’ve spent the last 30+ years learning that leadership is, at its heart, an act of stewardship. I’ve never been a fan of leadership that looks down from the top. Instead, I’m a student of the “middle”—the space where strategy meets soul. My goal isn’t just to solve complex challenges, but to walk alongside teams as we find the way through together.My journey—from the U.S. Marine Corps to executive leadership—has taught me that you can’t scale a mission if you aren’t first scaling the health of your people.
