In September 2020 my partner and I launched an online baby and toddler wear business, the key objective being to develop this to become a full-time income generator for her. Which we have now achieved! In the past 18 months we have grown this business to reach a strong customer base of over people.Specific input has involved -• Building and managing an on-line presence including website and social media accounts resulting in (£5250 sales on average through the website) and over followers on social media• Managing stock on a daily basis• Building an email list of over 7500 customers, then I built email marketing campaigns around our customer base which they receive every few days.• I built our very own shopify website myself which has had over visitors.• Liaising with wholesale companies around the world.• Setting up our pop-up shop at town centres and trade fairs and selling to customers face to face.
