MANAGING OPERATIONSResponsible for the production of 3 high speed Fischer & Krecke 8 / 10 colour printing presses, 1 Comexi 8 colour printing press at 600 meters per minute, 4 slitting machines, 2 laminating machines, 6 bag conversion machines, pre-press Department and mounting department.Ensuring work is organised to meet delivery requirements, adapting standard work principle.Ensuring Labour is available in line with task / time / manning level / budget.Co-ordinating the activities of team and promoting the synergy of teamwork.Adopting and implementing practices to maintain 100% achievements of daily targets with available budget.Controlling holiday / absence and low labour turnover.Understanding that things can and will go wrong but able to demonstrate the ability and tenacity to meet with current challenges.Fully able to investigate immediately any potential grievances before they become major issues.
