ABOUT JASON SIELCKEN
As the Chief Architect of GSA’s Rocky Mountain Region, I guide the design direction for all capital investments in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. I\'m responsible for administering the Design Excellence Program, guiding the evaluation and selection of the architects, engineers, and builders working on our projects; leading the design peer reviews and upholding the agency-wide standards for quality throughout all phases of the project. In addition, I lead the Region\'s Planning and Technical Practice, which comprises the Historic Preservation, Fine Arts, Cost & Schedule, and BIM Programs; as well as our Planning and Development Team, responsible for providing technical expertise in the identification and programming phase of our projects. I\'m a nationally recognized expert in design-build delivery, as well as the delivery of cost effective net-zero energy buildings. When I’m not working I can be found traveling with my wife and sons, seeking out and running the best mountain trails Colorado has to offer.
