On a daily basis, my team negotiates, drafts, reviews, and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, professional services agreements (e.g. master service agreements and statements of work), banking agreements, credit agreements, loan agreements, licensing agreements, maintenance agreements, evaluation agreements (e.g, for hardware, software, cloud services, and mobile applications), outsourcing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, telecommunications agreements, and agreements related to environmental sustainability initiatives.
