The world is evolving rapidly due to disruptive technologies and shifting customer expectations. As a Client Account Lead across Travel and Retail Industries, I leverage Accenture\'s extensive capabilities to help my clients stay ahead of these changes and differentiate themselves from the competition.With over 20 years at Accenture, I have served clients across multiple industries. My journey began in financial services, where I supported mergers and acquisitions for some of the largest U.S. banks. During the 2008 recession, I transitioned to working with North American airlines, aiding them in integrating new reservation systems. As a leader in our Travel Industry group, I spearhead initiatives to bring next-generation solutions for Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Data Science, Flight Ops, Technical Ops, and Ground Ops. Our days are spent as chefs, bus drivers, teachers, and playmates, experiencing the world anew through their eyes. We cherish traveling, especially to the mountains, and continue our annual trips to Colorado. I am an avid college football fan, enjoying the traditions and campuses of various schools across the country as I follow my Texas A&M Aggies.
